Products in our Wigs & Braids categories have a processing time of 5-7 days. For products in our other categories, the processing time ranges from 2-5 days.

We want you to have a great experience shopping with us. So your satisfaction, time, and convenience are of great importance to us. Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase, we are more than willing to accommodate an exchange or offer store credit.

As our products fall under the category of hygienic items, we are unable to provide cash refunds on purchases due to health considerations. Kindly read the following conditions:

Processing and Delivery Times

The processing time for in-stock orders ranges from 1 to 2 business days, followed by a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. For products within our Wigs and Braids collection, the processing time is 3 to 7 business days, which does not include the delivery timeframe.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package until it gets to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that occur within the postal system. We advise customers to order well ahead of time to ensure that there is enough time to receive their items. Orders that shipping companies mark as "delivered" are deemed to have been successfully delivered. In such instances, Hairporium cannot be held responsible for any claims of non-delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Hairporium, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that online shopping can be challenging, and we're committed to offering exceptional service to ensure you enjoy your shopping experience with us. We aim to eliminate any stress associated with getting an item you're not happy with, making sure you love every purchase you make with us!

1. Purchases made online through, excluding gifts, are eligible for exchange or return within a 30-day period from the date you receive the orders.

2. Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Items must not be worn, colored, washed, fingered, or manipulated in any way. Should these conditions not be met, the customer will bear all associated costs, and no refund will be granted.

3. Products purchased on sale or with a discount are ineligible for exchange unless the full price is paid.

4. Should an item become defective after use, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

5. In cases where your hair has been tailored to your unique specifications, we are unable to offer an exchange, given the personalized nature of the customization.

6. Shipping expenses are non-refundable and cannot be credited as store credit. Only the price of the item itself is eligible for a refund in the form of store credit.

7. You are entitled to only one exchange per order. Any additional exchange requests beyond the first one for the same order will not be granted.

8. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances as a precaution.
